§ Mr. Peter LloydWe shall make available a draft Bill together with a text explaining the effects of its provisions before the summer recess. The Bill will be ready for introduction early next Session, when parliamentary time allows. Details of Bills for introduction in the next Session will be given in the Queen's Speech.
