§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe High Commission in New Delhi was not contacted at the time and has no trace of the incident, but has written twice to the foreigners regional registration officer requesting a report. It has not so far received a reply.
The Indian authorities alone decide who may or may not enter Indian territory and we have no standing to challenge their decision.
