Mr. John D. TaylorTo ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, pursuant to his answer of 26 April, whether his Department has copies of the minutes of meetings of the former Donaghadee urban district council.
§ Mr. AtkinsCopies of the minutes of meetings of the former Donaghadee urban district council are held in the Public Record Office. The minutes signed on 7 August 1945, show that the council approved a plan to divide Warren house, Donaghadee into two flats. However, as indicated in my reply of 26 April, the Department does not have a copy of any decision document pursuant to this meeting of the council.
