§ Dr. MawhinneyEvery year each national health service trust issues a summary business plan and annual report, makes its accounts publicly available and holds a public meeting. In addition, the trusts issue a strategic plan every three years. This is a minimum requirement which many trusts exceed. It represents a high level of public accountability which requires no improvement.
