§ Mr. Archie HamiltonThe Devon and Cornwall housing association has requested that completion of the deal should be delayed. The properties are now being seriously damaged by vandals, however, and in order to protect the interests of the taxpayer and to ensure the early reuse of the dwellings, arrangements are now in hand to sell the estate on the open market.
