§ Mr. AtkinsRegistered associations are required to give priority on their waiting lists to applicants who qualify for group A status under the executive's selection scheme. This includes applicants who are accepted as homeless by the Housing Executive.
The Department regularly monitors the management of each assocation's day-to-day affairs, including the operation of their selection schemes to ensure that tenancies are allocated in accordance with approved schemes.
