§ Mr. YeoIn 1989 the report of an inter-Departmental group was issued which offered guidance to statutory agencies on the response to racial attacks and harassment. Copies of the report were sent to all directors of social services departments. A progress report was issued in December 1991. Copies of both reports are available in the Library.
