§ Mr. NorrisThe most recently completed reappraisal of the original and subsequent analyses was that carried out in 1991. I refer the right hon. Member to the answer I gave my hon. A further reappraisal is in hand, and this will take into account the re-examination announced in the Budget on 16 March 1993.
