To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list figures by district for(a) the number of people who presented as homeless and (b) the number of people accepted as homeless for 1991 and 1992.

Information on the number of people who apply as homeless to local authorities is not available centrally. The numbers of persons in households accepted as homeless by local authorities under part III of the Housing Act 1985 are shown in the table:
