§ Mr. MacleanAt the Environment Council on 23 March, it was agreed to invite the Commission to examine all the circumstances that have given rise to the call for a ban on exports of hazardous waste to developing countries and to submit appropriate proposals to the Council at the earliest possible date. The Government supported this decision and suggested the examination of the circumstances.
