Dr. Godman

To ask the Secretary of State for Employment, pursuant to her answer 15 March,Official Report, columns 62–63, if she will list those recommended prosecution actions for breaches of offshore safety legislation which went to court in (a) Scotland and (b) England; which were the firms involved; and what convictions and penalties were imposed by the courts where the prosecutions were successful.
