§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleyI have today received a report from the South West Thames regional health authority on its proposals to strengthen the accountability of the London ambulance service. The report contains a number of detailed proposals. I will be considering these proposals and will inform the House of the new arrangements as soon as possible.
