§ Mr. SpearingTo ask the Secretary of State for Employment what estimate she has made of the approximate proportion of those previously on unemployment benefit who after one year are still available for work, but who nevertheless make no subsequent claim to which they are entitled, and who do not form a component of the published statistics; and if she will state the approximate numbers of persons in this category who first became eligible for unemployment benefit in January, February and March 1992 respectively.
