The text of the separate joint North/South Korean declaration for a non-nuclear Korean peninsula has been deposited in the Library of the House. This declaration has not yet been implemented.

§ Mr. GoodladTeam Spirit is a routine defence training exercise, normally held annually, involving United States and Republic of Korea forces. It is misleading to try to link such exercises to the non-proliferation treaty and obligations arising therefrom.
