§ Sir Hector MonroThree of the 10 water and sewerage companies in England and Wales responded to the consultation paper "Investing For Our Future". The response from North West Water is available in the Scottish Office library in Edinburgh and a copy can readily be obtained through the Library of the House. The other two respondents asked that their responses should be treated as confidential.
