How many appeals were submitted and determined under the Clothier Regulations since 1984 from:

  1. (i) Dispensing Doctors
  2. (ii) Pharmacists.

Since 1984 there have been 160 appeals from dispensing doctors under the regulations governing rural dispensing: 151 of these have been determined. There have been 126 appeals from pharmacists, of which 121 have been determined.
