§ Mr. MilburnTo ask the Secretary of State for Health if she will estimate the financial effect of(a) the original resource allocation working party formula and (b) the amended resource allocation working party formula recommended in 1988 in each health region's actual level of funding for each year from 1989–90.
§ Mr. SackvilleThe information requested could be provided only at disproportionate cost. The resource allocation working party formulae were superseded in 473W April 1990 by a weighted capitation formula based on resident populations, as announced in the White Paper "Working for Patients" (Cm 555, January 1989).
