To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, pursuant to his answer of 22 February,Official Report, column 470, if he will announce the start date for the quinquennial review of the Cardiff Bay development corporation.

A financial management and policy review will be undertaken during the 1993–94 financial year, starting on a date yet to be decided.
