§ Mr. BoswellThe allocation of capital grant to the Further Education Funding Council for 1993–94 includes provision for the cost of value-added tax. Colleges of higher education, which are funded by the Higher Education Funding Council for England, are already liable for value-added tax on capital expenditure.
