§ Mr. Robin SquireMy right hon. Friend has received a number of written representations from the Cleaning and Support Services Association, and officials from my Department have also met with the director general to discuss his association's concerns.

Friend the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster issued on 11 March Official Report, columns 648–49) and a copy of the statement on TUPE in relation to compulsory competitive tendering by local authorities made by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State on the same day (Official Report, columns 662–64).
