§ Mr. Archie HamiltonOur review of the future arrangements for training the services' engineer officers is continuing. The review is primarily concerned with the training currently provided at the Royal Naval Engineering College at Manadon and the Royal Military College of Science at Shrivenham. I hope to be able to announce the outcome shortly.
