§ Mr. Lennox-BoydCommitments to specific projects and programmes under the ninth replenishment of IDA are still being made. Disbursements of funds to implement them will continue for some years. They will be subject to ex-post evaluation by the operations evaluation department of the World bank. I also refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave him on 24 February at column601.
