§ Mr. NelsonThe City Group of Smaller Companies has written to the Treasury setting out some suggested amendments to the proposed insider dealing legislation contained in the Criminal Justice Bill. Representatives of the group met Treasury officials on 15 March to discuss the suggestions in greater detail.
The Government are grateful for the representations made by the group and will give them careful consideration in readiness for the Criminal Justice Bill's remaining parliamentary stages.
