(2) if he will list in rank order the percentage of dwellings available for letting but unlet for each housing association registered with the Housing Corporation, with an average for all associations.
§ Mr. HowardStatistics on dwellings owned and managed by registered housing associations are collected by the Housing Corporation, which publishes annually figures for England as a whole. The information that is available at national average level, as at the end of March 1992, is as follows:
