§ Mr. LeighI see no need to duplicate the work of the European Commission's Scientific Committee on Cosmetology set up by Commission decision 77/45/EEC on 19 December 1977 and comprising independent experts who are responsible for considering questions concerning the safety evaluation of cosmetic ingredients.
