To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department what proposals he has to amend his plans for reforms to the legal aid regime.

I will shortly be laying statutory instruments before the House to implement the changes to legal aid eligibility and to make other changes in relation to fees and payments made to lawyers in criminal legal aid cases.
