§ Mr. Maclean[holding answer 2 March 1993]: I welcome the additional opportunities for recreation and access which farmers and landowners can provide, and which may generate a small additional income. I recently discussed opportunities for the provision of horse-riding facilities in particular with the British Horse Society and commended co-operation on the provision of new "toll-rides". I also hope to discuss similar issues with the Country Landowners Association.
