To ask the Secretary of State for Health if she will list the number of cases of(a) salmonellosis in all forms and (b) salmonellosis caused by salmonella enteriditis phage type 4 for the last five years.

The table shows totals of laboratory reports of all salmonellas and S.enteritidis PT4 made to the public health laboratory service (PHLS).
