Mr. Morgan

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what was his Department's(a) publicity expenditure for each year from 1979 to 1992, (b) current outturn estimate for publicity expenditure for 1992–93 and (c) budgeted publicity expenditure for 1993–94.
