Commitments to IDA 1–3 were in US$. The current price figures have been converted to at the exchange rate prevailing at the start of the relevant commitment period. The constant price series was formed by deflating the total amount committed by the UK GDP deflator, based on the start of the relevant commitment period. For IDA 10 this will be 1 July 1993.
