§ Lady Olga MaitlandTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list the local education authorities who have adopted new agreed syllabuses since 29 September 1988, stating for each such local education authority whether the syllabus is newly prepared or is an adopted syllabus of another local education authority; and in the latter case if he will give the name of that adopted syllabus and the date of preparation.
§ Sir Wyn RobertsI understand the local education authorities for Clwyd, Dyfed, Powys and Gwent have adopted new agreed syllabuses since 29 September 1988 and that none of them is an agreed syllabus of another LEA. I further understand that Gwynedd LEA has completed a review of its agreed syllabus and that Mid Glamorgan, West Glamorgan and South Glamorgan LEAs are at present reviewing their agreed syllabuses.
