To ask the Lord President of the Council, pursuant to his answer of 5 March to the hon. Member for Walsall, North (Mr. Winnick),Official Report, column 334, how many of the five questions tabled for answer to the Prime Minister by each of the two hon. Members mentioned were (a) reached and (b) answered by the Prime Minister.

Three of the questions asked by my hon. Friend the Member for Basildon (Mr. Amess) were answered orally by the Prime Minister, and the other two were answered by me. Two of the Questions asked by the hon. Member for Newham, North-West (Mr. Banks) were answered orally by the Prime Minister, one was answered by me, and one was not reached; the remaining question is due for answer on Tuesday 16 March.
