§ Mr. Sainsbury[holding answer 8 March 1993]: I have been asked to reply.
Although the terms of the offer of regional selective assistance to Clean Bake Ltd. provided that the second and final payment would not fall due until 19 August 1993, the Department exceptionally agreed to the applicant's request to submit an earlier claim for payment. A claim was received on 4 March, but without the necessary supporting documentation. When this is received, the Department will proceed without delay to consider 605W whether the normal criteria for payment have been met. Grant is usually payable on a fully documented and eligible claim within 30 working days of receipt.
