§ Mr. Curry[pursuant to his reply, 9 November 1992, c. 610]: Provisional data from Her Majesty's Customs and Excise shows 28,704 kg. of fresh and chilled fatty livers of geese and ducks were imported in 1992. All imports were from France. Statistics on pâté de foie gras are collected separately under the heading of prepared or preserved duck or goose livers. Imports of prepared or preserved duck or goose livers for 1992 were 88,991 kg. from France, 22,307 kg. from Belgium and Luxembourg, and 30,427 kg. from Germany.
