§ Mr. BlunkettTo ask the Secretary of State for Health what was the percentage achievement rate in each health authority and which health authorities had not supplied monitoring information to her Department for the period April to September 1992, in respect of(a) waiting times for initial assessment in accidents and emergencies, (b) waiting times in out-patient clinics, (c) cancellation of operations on the day of admission and (d) re-admission of patients within one month of a second cancelled operation, indicating the patients charter targets in each case.
