HC Deb 08 March 1993 vol 220 cc436-7W
Dr. Wright

To ask the Secretary of State for Education which schools in Staffordshire he has visited since becoming Minister; and on what dates.

Mr. Patten

I have not yet had the opportunity of visiting schools in Staffordshire among the 31 that I have been to since becoming Secretary of State; however, my hon. Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, the hon. Member for Mid-Worcestershire (Mr. Forth), visited the Maple Hayes Hall independent special school on 13 November 1992.

Dr. Wright

To ask the Secretary of State for Education if he will list, with dates, all the visits he has made as Minister to(a) primary schools and (b) secondary schools, identifying whether the school is local education authority maintained, voluntary aided or grant maintained.
