§ Mr. Neil HamiltonInvestigation of anti-competitive behaviour such as refusal to supply or withdrawing supplies is the responsibility of the Director General of Fair Trading under the competition legislation. Where a refusal to supply is connected to resale price maintenance the Resale Prices Act 1976 has effect. Any evidence of such behaviour should be drawn to the Director General's attention.
