To ask the President of the Board of Trade when he last met EC Commissioner Millan; what plans he has to meet Commissioner Millan to discuss the United Kingdom's allocation under the European regional development fund; and if he will make a statement.

I last met Commissioner Millan on 14 December 1992. I have no definite plans for our next meeting.
