§ Mr. Neil HamiltonThe insolvency service has asked the administrative receivers of the National Welsh Bus Company to clarify and amplify matters contained in their report on the conduct of the directors of the company. Until that information is received the Secretary of State is unable to say when a decision will be taken.

§ Mr. Neil HamiltonThe Secretary of State has received representations from a beneficiary of the National Welsh Bus Company pension scheme concerning a failure to pay over pension contributions deducted from employees' wages.
