To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, pursuant to his oral answer of 15 February,Official Report, column 14, which four charters in addition to the British Rail passengers charter and the London Underground customers charter contain provisions for financial compensation.

  • the Benefits Agency customers charter;
  • the Contributions Agency employers and contributors charters;
  • the Northern Ireland Railways passengers charter.
