§ Mr. NewtonI am informed by the Table Office that, in this Parliament, up to and including questions tabled on Tuesday 2 March for answer on Tuesday 16 March, two hon. Members have had five questions to the Prime Minister for oral answer draw among the top six as a result of the random computer shuffle: they are my hon. Friend the Member for Basildon (Mr. Amess) and the hon. Member for Newham, North-West (Mr. Tony Banks). No hon. Member has had more than five such questions.
