§ Mr. David ShawTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland, pursuant to his answer on 2 February 1992,Official Report, columns 167–68, when his Department was informed by the Scottish Development Agency that (a) the security for the loan was by mortgage deed with KS Properties Ltd., (b) the waiving of the security as a result of the decision made by his Department is shown in the accounts of KS Properties Ltd. as financially benefiting KS Properties Ltd. and (c) there are no loans from the Scottish Development Agency recorded in the accounts of KS Construction Ltd.
