Chairman: Mr. Mike Smith.Non-executive directors: Mr. Michael Faraway; Mr. Ismail Simjee; Mrs. Louise Hyams; Mr. Rod Budgett; Mrs. Mary Springham.Trust chairmen are expected to devote between three and three and a half days a week and non-executive directors between two and three days a month to trust business.
They will receive annual remuneration of £19,285 (chairman) and £5,000 (non-executive directors).
