§ Mr. Douglas HoggMacedonia's application for admission to the United Nations has now been circulated. The three EC members of the Security Council—United Kingdom, France and Spain—have put forward a draft resolution with the aim of securing Macedonia's early admission on terms acceptable to all parties. The president of the Security Council is consulting the Greeks and the Macedonians.
