§ Mr. AingerTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales (1) what capital grants he is making available in 1993–94 to support voluntary youth services, village halls and community centre programmes; and if he will make a statement;
(2) how much money he made available in capital grants for voluntary youth services, village halls and 59W community centre programmes in each of the last five years; and how many schemes have been supported in each district council area in each of those years.
