§ Mr. DenhamTo ask the Secretary of State for Employment if she will list those wards in which the ratio of unemployed claimants to registered electors is lower than in the Bargate, Southampton, ward for(a) wards included in areas to be assisted by city challenge projects, (b) wards covered by inner city task forces, (c) wards covered by city action teams and (d) wards wholly or partly covered by urban development corporations.
