Whether aircraft produced by the joint venture company owned by British Aerospace and the Taiwan Aerospace Corporation will be subject to United Kingdom export regulations.
§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Trade and Industry (Baroness Denton of Wakefield)Aircraft exported from the UK by the joint venture company will be subject to UK export regulations. Aircraft exported from other countries or territories will be subject to the regulations of the country or territory concerned.
