§ Mr. NorrisThe traffic director intends to carry out a review of the pilot red route to ensure that it is operating within the framework set out in his network plan. If traffic problems on the roads mentioned are related to the red route, the traffic director will consider what measures can be taken. Otherwise, any action would be a matter for the appropriate highway authority.
