§ Mr. SainsburyThe criteria that have been used in the assisted areas map review were set out in the public consultation document issued last year. As we made clear, unemployment levels have been the main determinant, though a number of other relevant factors have also been taken into account. The availability of presently unoccupied, publicly funded industrial or commercial premises is not judged to be relevant in determining areas for inclusion in the assisted areas map.
