§ Mr. Gwilym JonesBetween 1 January 1990 and 31 March 1993, 164 new HIV positive individuals were reported from Wales. A monthly breakdown of the number of new HIV positives reported by each health authority would give individual figures of less than 10. For reasons of confidentiality and in line with the AIDS (Control) Act 1987, numbers between one and nine inclusive are given as "less than 10" by each health authority.
